Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering or using any service at 99bee.club. By accessing the platform you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 99bee ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of all services available at 99bee.club, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, fish shooting titles, and all related promotional and account services.

Account Information and Security
When registering at 99bee, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify 99bee immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- You must not share your password with any other person. 99bee will never contact you by phone, WhatsApp or Telegram to request your password. Any message requesting your password is fraudulent — report it immediately to [email protected].
- You are permitted to hold only one account on 99bee. Opening duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.
- All personal information provided to 99bee must be genuine. Providing false information at registration or at any subsequent verification stage is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds held on the platform.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your internet connection, device and operating environment are secure when accessing 99bee. 99bee accepts no liability for losses arising from compromised devices or network environments outside of its control.
2. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
99bee processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are available through Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial services and bank transfer channels. All payment operations are subject to the conditions set out in this section.
Deposit Conditions
- The minimum deposit at 99bee is ৳100. There is no maximum single deposit limit unless a player has applied a self-imposed deposit limit through responsible gaming tools.
- Deposits are credited to your 99bee account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. bKash, Nagad and Rocket transactions are typically instant. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day.
- All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing using a payment account belonging to another person is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.
- 99bee does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment source not belonging to the account holder will be reversed where possible and the account will be reviewed.
Withdrawal Conditions
- Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, where technically possible. You cannot withdraw to a payment account different from the one you deposited with without completing additional identity verification.
- 99bee aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. bKash and Nagad payouts are typically completed within five minutes of approval. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or when additional verification is required.
- 99bee does not charge fees on withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, bank) may apply their own transaction fees independent of 99bee. Please check with your payment provider for their applicable charges.
- 99bee reserves the right to conduct additional identity and payment verification before approving any withdrawal. Players who have not completed KYC verification may experience extended processing times.
3. Bonuses and Promotions
99bee offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including a welcome bonus on first deposit for new registrations. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion and to the general conditions set out in this section. Acceptance of any bonus constitutes acceptance of its applicable terms.
- All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiple applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's terms. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
- Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance. Players may choose to forfeit an active bonus at any time by contacting support, but any winnings generated from wagering with that bonus will be removed upon forfeiture.
- Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household address and per payment account. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses by registering additional accounts is fraud and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
- 99bee reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already claimed the bonus, the original terms under which the bonus was claimed will continue to apply to that player's bonus balance.
- Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for the specified game or game selection only and expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms. Winnings from free spins are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal.
- 99bee may offer seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid celebrations and Pohela Boishakh. Each seasonal promotion will have its own specific terms published at the time of the promotion.
4. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use
All games available on 99bee are provided by licensed third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and Ezugi. The rules governing individual games are determined by their respective providers and are displayed within each game. By participating in any game, you agree to abide by those game-specific rules in addition to these Terms.
Permitted Conduct
- You may place bets only using funds available in your real-money account balance or, where an applicable active bonus permits, your bonus balance. You may not place bets on credit or on the basis of expected future deposits.
- You may use the platform for personal recreational entertainment only. Commercial use of the platform — including operating a betting syndicate, accepting bets on behalf of others, or systematically reselling access — is strictly prohibited.
- You must not use automated tools, bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting systems or any other technical mechanism to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the house. Prohibited Conduct
- You must not attempt to exploit software bugs, game errors, interface glitches or pricing errors. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided. If the bug or error was exploited intentionally, your account may be closed and the matter referred to relevant authorities.
- You must not engage in any form of chip dumping, match-fixing, collusion or coordinated play designed to defraud the platform or other players. Such activity constitutes fraud and will be handled accordingly, including referral to law enforcement where appropriate.
- You must not use VPN, proxy or IP-masking services to circumvent geographic access controls or to misrepresent your location. Accounts detected as using such services may be suspended and winnings forfeited.
- You must not engage in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, harassing or offensive toward 99bee's support staff or other platform users. 99bee reserves the right to close accounts of players who engage in such conduct without notice and without refund of any bonus balance.
5. Responsible Gaming

- Providing false personal information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on 99bee.club — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces (as presented by 99bee and its providers), software, code, trademarks and service marks — is the property of 99bee or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only.
You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license or create derivative works from any content on 99bee.club without the prior written consent of 99bee. Unauthorised use of 99bee intellectual property may result in legal action.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99bee and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, software providers and payment partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the 99bee platform or these Terms, even if 99bee has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
99bee does not warrant that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted basis, that it will be error-free, or that defects will be corrected within any specific timeframe. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where operationally feasible.
- 99bee is not liable for losses arising from events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, force majeure events, government actions or third-party provider outages.
- 99bee is not responsible for the content, practices or policies of third-party software providers whose games are available on the platform. Disputes relating to a specific game outcome should be directed first to 99bee support and, if unresolved, to the relevant game provider.
- Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
99bee processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is available at 99bee.club/privacy-policy. 10. Amendments to These Terms
99bee reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 99bee will endeavour to notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the revised Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online operations serving the Bangladesh market. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between you and 99bee through the support process will be subject to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts.
